A comprehensive consultation in my training studio (located in Aurora, Ontario), where we will assess your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, mobility, flexibility, and movement patterns
Based on this assessment I will create a customized plan to meet all of your fitness needs; one that will focus on strength gains, rehabilitation from previous injuries or mobility restrictions, and weight loss if needed
