NUTRITION COACHING:

My approach to helping my clients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals is by coaching them to engage in lifelong lasting habits. Nutrition and lifestyle changes have an incredible impact on your overall health when you make small changes, over time.

 

I will teach you how to eat healthy, enjoy the foods you love, and fuel your body with nutrient dense foods.

PRE AND POST NATAL TRAINING (PPNT):

Pregnancy is one of the most exciting times of a woman’s life but it can also be extremely overwhelming.

 

One thing is for sure though, exercising safely during your pregnancy is one of the best things you can you do for yourself and baby. Having been through two pregnancies myself and working with a qualified trainer through both,
I cannot attest to this enough.

 

Working with women through this amazing time of their lives is something I am truly passionate about. With my PPNT program, you will receive customized programs for each trimester and stage, pre-and postnatal nutrition guidance
if needed, and a qualified trainer there to help you feel empowered, safe and healthy every step of the way.

Group Training – Mom and tots
Looking to have fitness fun with your mom friends? We can accommodate up to 3-5 moms and babies for group postnatal fitness classes.

Cost: $25 a person
